David T. Willett, Vice President - Manufacturing

Mr. Willett joined Clipper in August of 2005 initially in a VP Strategic Planning role and was made VP Manufacturing in mid-2006, to lead the fast-paced development of Clipper's manufacturing organization.  

He has more than 15 years of senior level operations and engineering leadership experience with aerospace and automotive technology companies, including Pacific Scientific - Electro Kinetics Division, Vetronix Corporation, and Enertran Systems, Inc.  

Responsibilities have included VP Engineering, VP Operations, and Chief Operating Officer.

He holds a Presidental/Key Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, a MSEE from the University of Wisconsin at Madison, and a BSEE from University of California at Santa Barbara.
